We are delighted to congratulate our Year 13 leavers, who received their A-level results this morning. Sixty per cent of grades were awarded at A*–C; an outstanding achievement and the result of sustained hard work by our students and staff alike.
This year’s cohort progress to further education via various routes, including Birmingham Conservatoire (Composition), Birmingham City University (Psychology) and degree apprenticeships: three distinct pathways, each reflecting the individual strengths and ambitions of the young people who chose them.
These results demonstrate what we have long believed at Kimichi: that a small, nurturing, music-led school can also be an academically rigorous one. Personalised support and high expectations are not competing priorities; they work best together.
We wish all our leavers every success in the next stage of their journey, and we look forward to hearing where their talents take them.
